We are 4 star Self Catering Accommodation with M1 and M2 accreditation.

We are always willing to discuss and also welcome visits prior to booking, to ascertain that the facilities we offer will meet with your specific requirements, and needs during your stay with us.

Pre-Arrival

We pay particular attention to guest individual needs, the superking beds can be taken as two 3ft. singles if required, and we offer different weights of duvets also to individual requirements.

We are willing to supply any information that may be helpful in planning your journey here and your stay in the area.

Arrival and Parking Facilities

We allow guest to park near the property to offload luggage and guests can also disembark. The main parking area is less than 50m.from all property entrances, and the area is all concrete, hard standing and some gravel in the parking bays with two designated disabled parking pitches.

We make every endeavour to welcome our guests personally and show them around the property, and answer any questions regarding our facility.

We can assist guests with luggage if required.

Accommodation Facilities

Entrances to properties have a small step of between Fern Room 3cms. and Brook House 7 cms. (1” to 2.75”)

The entrance doorways are all wide and there are ground floor toilet facilities in all properties.

We have oak flooring and ceramic floor tiles throughout with wool rugs in lounge /entrance areas where required.

All our bedrooms have their own private bathroom.

We are willing to move furniture to accommodate guests specific needs.

All lounge areas have television , DVD player with remote controls and Radio with CD players.

Full guests laundry facilities are easily accessible to all.

Other Facilities

Our Bowland Barn recreation room is very spacious, we have information boards, and an indoor games area with Table Tennis, Darts on requests for safety reasons, and small scooter and bikes toys and games for little ones.
